Terms of Service

Last updated July 12, 2026

01

Using this site

By using the Veyron website, you agree to these terms. Do not use the site or place an order if you do not agree.

You may not disrupt the site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale or use its content for unlawful or competing commercial activity.

02

Products and availability

Veyron products are offered in limited quantities. Photography, colour, dimensions and finishing are presented as accurately as possible, but screens, lighting and production tolerances can create minor differences.

Products and edition numbers are not reserved until payment is completed. We may correct listing errors, limit quantities, decline suspicious transactions or cancel an order we cannot fulfill.

03

Orders and payment

An order is accepted after payment authorization and issuance of an order confirmation. Stripe processes payment securely; Veyron does not store complete card numbers or security codes.

You are responsible for accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Taxes and the final total are shown before payment. Edition numbers are assigned during final preparation and cannot be selected.

04

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery, signature, return and cancellation rules are described in the Shipping & Returns Policy. The two-year limited warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and excludes normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and unauthorized service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

05

Intellectual property

The Veyron name, watch designs, photography, copy, graphics and site presentation are owned by Veyron or used with permission. They may not be reproduced, sold or used for another business without written authorization.

06

Liability and changes

The site is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veyron is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to site use or delayed availability.

We may update these terms. The current version and effective date will remain posted here.
