We collect information you provide when ordering, joining Veyron Notes or contacting Concierge, including name, email, phone, delivery address, wrist measurement, order details and messages.
The site stores bag contents and a secure checkout confirmation reference in your browser so your selection and receipt can function between pages.
How information is used
Information is used to process and deliver orders, provide customer care, prevent fraud, maintain warranty and service records, operate the site and send updates you requested.
We do not request Social Security numbers or store complete payment-card credentials on Veyron systems.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments and may provide transaction status, fraud signals and contact information required to complete an order.
Information may be shared with providers that support hosting, payment, email, fraud prevention and insured delivery. Veyron does not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from Veyron Notes through the link in a marketing message. Transactional order and service messages may still be sent.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting Concierge.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, warranty, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
Children and updates
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
